Fr. Albert Duggan, O.P.
Fr. Albert Duggan, O.P. was appointed the Catholic Chaplain at Brown & RISD in 2015. A native of Trenton, MI, he graduated from Brown in 2003 with an A.B. in Biomedical Ethics. He entered the Dominican Order in 2007, received his M.Div. and S.T.B. from the Pontifical Faculty of the Immaculate Conception at the Dominican House of Studies in Washington, D.C. He was ordained to the priesthood in 2013. Prior to returning to Brown, he served as a chaplain at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
When he's not chaplain-ing, he enjoys woodworking, cooking, and ecclesiastical tailoring. From time to time, he works in the garden, but he's not very good at it.

Megan O'Brien Crayne
A native of Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, Megan O'Brien Crayne studied classical languages at Stanford University. She went on to study theology and ministry at the University of Notre Dame, graduating with a Master of Divinity degreee in 2017. Her hope for the Brown-RISD Catholic Community is that together, we can emulate Jesus by standing at the margins with the powerless, the voiceless, and the oppressed, so that one day those margins will be erased.
Megan lives in Providence with her husband Michael and their pet Shorkie named Artemis.
